By booking a session with me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this policy review.

 

Booking & PAYMENT


A NONREFUNDABLE retainer fee is due at the time of booking. Invoices must be paid within 24 hours of receiving it. Failure to pay will result in the release of your reserved date to the next person on the waitlist.


Remaining balances are due in full before the session concludes.

rescheduling


You are allowed to reschedule with at least a 48 hour notice. The rescheduled session must take place within 60 days of the original date. Rescheduling with less than 48 hour notice is considered a cancellation and as a result you will forfeit your retainer fee. A second reschedule will require a new retainer.

Cancellations & no shows


If you cancel you forfeit your retainer fee, as it is non refundable. Arriving 15+ minutes late or failing to show up to your session will be considered a no show. Your session will be cancelled and retainer fee forfeited. To rebook after a no show or last minute cancellation a $30 booking fee will be applied, on top of the retainer fee.

Gallery delivery


Once your gallery is delivered PLEASE download and save your images expeditiously— I clear up storage every 30-40 days and I would hate for you to lose out on your precious memories.

Props & outfits


Props are highly encouraged! Bring things that will make your session unique and personal to you. Outfits play a HUGE role in how your photos come out so if you feel unsure please don’t hesitate to reach out and ask for advice!

Weather


outdoor sessions are subject to weather conditions. If bad weather is expected or occurs unexpectedly I will reach out to discuss a game plan with you.

turnaround time


I pride myself on my delivering my galleries in a timely manner. An online gallery will be accessible 1-3 days after your session.

marketing & copyrights

Social media + usage rights

I retain the rights to all images. Clients receive  personal usage rights but may not alter or edit over my edits. I love showcasing my work — by booking with me you agree that I may use your images for marketing & portfolio purposes unless discussed prior.
